Sending a ‘SAVE THE DATE’ is the best way to let your family and friends know that you are getting married and more importantly making sure they are available for your big day.

Wilson Creative UK ‘SAVE THE DATES’ can be custom designed to meet your requirements and are cut using a top of the range laser cutter. You can personalise your ‘SAVE THE DATE’ to include messages or names or just keep it simple, the choice entirely yours.

You also have a choice of adding a magnet to the back of the ‘SAVE THE DATE’ card so it can be put on a fridge freezer or other appliance so it is not lost in a draw and the date booked up by mistake.

Save the date cards prices start from as little as £1.25p per ‘Save the Date’ (Size = 100m x 60mm)

Magnetic strip is free of charge on request.

Normally the wedding cake takes centre stage after the bride. So why not have a bespoke cake topper laser cut to express a phrase or feeling you have. Made of acrylic our cake toppers can be washed so they are hygienically clean and can be re-used for future occasions or kept as a keepsake from your big day.

The cake topper adds extra height to your cake to make it even grander and adding an extra ‘wow’ factor.

Prices start from £16.50 depending on size and complexity.

At a wedding there is nothing more complicated than arranging where people sit at each table. Wilson Creative UK offer a range of labels and name cards that can be designed and made to suit your every requirement helping the day run more smoothly.

You can purchase a blank card with a design of your choice and hand write your guests names or you can have each name laser cut adding a much more personal and expensive look to the table when your guests arrive, after which they could take their name card with them as a keep sake.

Choosing the right table name is always a hard decision and an even harder decision choosing how to display your table name. Wilson Creative UK can create unique and eye catching table names that are almost like a centre piece in their own right. It can help create conversations where people are sat and don’t know each other.

Our table names are custom designed and laser cut to create a high quality product that you could give away to key guests at the wedding as a keepsake.

Letters can be cut from wood or acrylic and are available in a range of colours to suit the colour scheme of your wedding.

Priced per letter/number (Minimum spend per table name £14.00)

Wooden letter – Starts at £3.50p (80mmx80mm) dependent on size. (Can be painted in a colour of your choice.)

Acrylic letter – Starts at £3.00 (80mmx80mm) dependent on size.

Look no further as Wilson Creative UK can offer personalised glass engraving with your name or other words or images of your choice engraved. The glass can be the filled with sweets for people to nibble on later in the day and look amazing on the table as people come and take their seat.

Alternatively Wilson Creative UK can also design and manufacture other small personalised gifts such as photo frames, shapes with engraved names on, coasters, hanging ornaments, or personalised wooden key rings for people to take home as a keep sake from your big day and give your guests a gift worth keeping. Wilson Creative UK can offer a seating plan that is easy to understand and at the same time everybody will want to look and admire the beauty of it. Why not display it around your home as a momentum or keep sake after the big day is over?

The seating plan can be precision laser engraved onto High Quality Card, Plywood, Light gathering Acrylic and even Glass. Please look at some of the examples provided.

If required a stand can be made to present your table plan on or you can place it on one of our high quality Easels.

You can even have it lit up with LEDs so everybody’s name is glowing if you choose the light gathering acrylic which is a modern smart material.

Why not hire one of our giant picture frames for your guests to enjoy taking their own photographs. It keeps your guests entertained having fun taking funny photographs in or outside of the frame.

The frame measure 9ft x 7ft and is free standing so even the tallest guest can fit inside of it.
